TRAVIS WRIGHT who coined the terms "Pizza Insurance" and "Pizza Agents" has been involved with the pizza community for over 20 years. He began his “pizza making” career in 2004 with Little Caesars while still at college in East Tennessee. He would later move to Middle Tennessee to help a new franchisee open multiple locations in the area.
Travis, now in the insurance industry for 18 years, is a partner at CS&A Insurance specializing in meeting the needs of the pizza community with a comprehensive package of pizza insurance services. He caters to pizza franchisees and uses his past experiences of working in the business to help better serve his clients. Travis is passionate about building relationships and growing his business the right way. He also serves as an advisor to the board of Angels in Disguise, a non-profit organization that creates awareness for the gift of Down syndrome, started by Little Caesars franchisees Mike and Penny Michalak. Travis lives in Franklin, TN and spends his free time, playing golf, watching racing and getting his hands dirty working on old VW Bugs.
LUKE MARTHEDAL is an experienced small businessman and fellow pizza agent with a passion for serving others. After spending 2 years as a management trainee with Chick-fil-A in California and 9 years as an owner/operator of 8 Little Caesars in Tennessee, Luke understands the needs, challenges, and joys of running a restaurant and pizza business. Because of those experiences, he is uniquely positioned to create a pizza insurance plan that reduces risk and brings peace of mind to companies and their leaders. Luke’s commitment to serving others is driven by his desire to see them succeed. Luke’s relationship with CS&A began as a client.
Luke found value in CS&A’s focus on personal relationships, knowledge of pizza franchises, and accessible customer service. Following the sale of his business in 2017, Luke joined the agency to help expand CS&A’s presence in the franchise community.
Luke is a native of Fresno, California. He and his wife, Katherine, share a passion for adoption and foster care. They have 5 children and live in Columbia, TN.
